We have been working with the Town of St-Lazare, and we submitted our request for the February meeting of the CCU (TPAC). Town Council meets on March 12th to consider the recommendation of the CCU. If the response is favourable, then we would proceed to obtain a building permit in the days that follow so that re-construction can begin.
