Last week the floor truss were installed. These truss are made from manufactured wood, and are only 12 inches apart! The previous floor structure was not structurally sound, and the beams were cracked.
This photo shows the subfloor being installed. The flooring itself will be in pine.
The next step is the construction of the exterior walls.
